REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaak Ombere Onyango, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Bukhayo/Mundika/13419, situate in Busia County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
