REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Gichohi Nderi (ID/1409283), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Kinamba/Mwenje Block I/3050 (Mwenje), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
