REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anne Njeri Kimani, of P.O. Box 12502–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as administrator to the estate of Naomi Dunman (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 1504/53, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 202190/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
