REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Maina Mwai (ID/6073355) and (2) Lydiah Wairimu Ngugi (ID/21937702), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/3218 and 3158 (Ndurumo), respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
