APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 2 (1) of the Fourth Schedule to the Accountants Act, 2008, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— PERCY A. OPIYO (DR.) to be the chairperson of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 13th December, 2024.
