REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Esther Nguitu Wainaina (deceased) and (2) Mary Muthoni Wainaina, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 1.609 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Kakuzi/Kirimiri/Block 9/943, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
