NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 349, in Volume DI, Folio 246/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Antony Muthii Njoka Muriithi, of P.O. Box 860, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Antony Njoka Muriithi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Antony Njoka Muriithi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Antony Muthii Njoka Muriithi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Antony Muthii Njoka Muriithi only.
