NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1902, in Volume DI, Folio 221/1270, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Frank Abunelly Akhubula, of P.O. Box 47– 50105, Bukura in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Khamala Abunelly, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Khamala Abunelly, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Frank Abunelly Akhubula, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Frank Abunelly Akhubula only.
