NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 404, in Volume DI, Folio 820/4000, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Judy Kabugi (guardian), on behalf of Elizabeth Ivanka Sikhoya (minor), formerly known as Elizabeth Njeri Nderih, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Njeri Nderih, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Ivanka Sikhoya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Ivanka Sikhoya only.
