NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 342, in Volume DI, Folio 342/3000, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Elmi Biyow Halane, formerly known as Elmi Aden Mohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elmi Aden Mohamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elmi Biyow Halane, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Elmi Biyow Halane only.
