NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 26th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1642, in Volume DI, Folio 93/778, File No. MMXXIV-B, by our client, Mima Jepkoech, formerly known as Jemimah Jepkoech Keter, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jemimah Jepkoech Keter, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mima Jepkoech, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mima Jepkoech only.
