NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1423, in Volume DI, Folio 176/824, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Racheal Wanjiru Njenga, of P.O. Box 39748–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Racheal Wanjiru Ndungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Racheal Wanjiru Ndungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Racheal Wanjiru Njenga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Racheal Wanjiru Njenga only.
