NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 120, in Volume B-13, Folio 2377/21547, File No. 1637, by our client, Nasra Misbah Abubakar, of P.O. Box 156–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nasra Misbah Bakari, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nasra Misbah Bakari, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nasra Misbah Abubakar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nasra Misbah Abubakar only.
