NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 623, in Volume DI, Folio 236/1407, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Chris Ndaiga Kabiro, of P.O. Box 21987–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Chris Wachirah Kabiro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Chris Wachirah Kabiro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chris Ndaiga Kabiro, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Chris Ndaiga Kabiro only.
