NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1315, in Volume DI, Folio 202/1074, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, James Mbugua Mwangi, formerly known as James Muchene Thinji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Muchene Thinji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Mbugua Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Mbugua Mwangi only.
