NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 385, in Volume DI, Folio 164/713, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Elizabeth Muthina Isinde, formerly known as Elizabeth Muthina Kyala, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Muthina Kyala, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Muthina Isinde, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Muthina Isinde only.
