NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1616, in Volume DI, Folio 251/1536, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Wairimu Kanyanja, of P.O. Box 31163– 00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Agriphina Wairimu Karumba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Agriphina Wairimu Karumba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wairimu Kanyanja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wairimu Kanyanja only.
