ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) laws of Kenya, to the registered and/or beneficial owners of the following motor vehicles; Mercedes Benz–KAK 699G, Toyota Harrier–KBU 039R to collect the said motor vehicles from Four-Stroke Motors Limited, Unit 9 Semco Industrial Park, Mombasa Road in Syokimau within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all repair costs and storage charges, accrued charges plus auctioneers fees and any other incidental costs thereto. Failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the unpaid repairs and storage charges, accrued costs, auctioneers fees and any other related costs and the balance, if any, shall remain to the said owner’s credit but should there be any shortfall the owner will be liable thereof and shall be recovered by civil action thereafter.
