NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under Miscellaneous Application No. E607 of 2024 by Chief Magistrate’s Court at Ruiru, to the owners of motor vehicles, motorcycles and scrap metal which are lying idle and unclaimed within Kahawa Sukari Police Station, to collect the said motor vehicles, motorcycles and scrap metals at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Failure to which Astorion Auctioneers, Nairobi shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicles, motorcycles and scrap metal by way of public auction on behalf of Kahawa Sukari Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: KMDL 964R, KMGC 447H, KMEG 720B, KMDU 645B, KMCA 965K, KMDN 930N, KMCA 171S, KMCW 999D, KMEM 839C, KMDN 117K, KMDK 363M, KMDS 910D, KMFF 029P, KBC 980K, KMEG 559T, KMDY 975T, KMCZ 184S, KMDG 781N, KMDM 186Z, KMFF 044, Numberless Shinery, Engine PFZWKC51971, CJASSIS LF3PCK009LB008, GRS180-0069454.
