NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles registration numbers: KCL 868E–Toyota Fielder, KCS 387L–Suzuki Swift, KCN 372C–Toyota Axio, KCW 746G– Nissan Note, KCC 263U–Volkswagen TSI, KBH 598Y–Mitsubishi Canter, KBS 318B–Subaru Impreza, KDB 659K–Toyota (FJ) Cruiser, KCG 712Q–Hino (500) Truck and KBW 457E–Scania Tipper Truck, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at L.R. No. 209/12433, Murray Towing Yard, off North Airport Road, Embakasi, Nairobi upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
