REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kai Uwe Wulff (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1220 situate in Kwale County, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E2250 of 2022, has vested the property to Nils David Wulff (PP/No. C4G12H211FLG), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Kai Uwe Wulff (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kai Uwe Wulff (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
