THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ouko Nyakangu (deceased), of P.O. Box 99, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabondo/Kodumo East/170, situate in the sub-county of Rachuonyo East, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 462 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of Dinnah Juma Ouko, of P.O. Box 99, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to the said Dinnah Juma Ouko and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ouko Nyakangu (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
