WHEREAS Hellen Akelo Ochiago (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kamagambo/Kanyajuok/1535 situate in Migori County, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate Court at Rongo in Succession Cause No. 4 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration to Sura Anyango Aguk, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title/lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title to Sura Anyango Aguk provided that no objection has been received within that period.
