REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimamet arap Kimwelel alias Kimamet Kimwelel (deceased), of P.O. Box 343, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kessup B/916, situate in Elgeyo Marakwet County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Iten in Succession Cause No. E17 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Robert Samoei Kimamet and (2) Martin Kipyator Kimamet, of P.O. Box 343, Iten, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimamet arap Kimwelel alias Kimamet Kimwelel (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
