REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rosemary Yianoi Karia, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, known as Narok/CIS/Mara/Ololpironito/422 situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Narok in Succession Cause No. E20 of 2023, has issued a certificate of confirmation in favour of Anne Soila Karia, to be sub-divided into plots and be shared as indicated: (1) Anne Soila Karia 3 plots, (2) Joseph Lemein Karia 1 plot, (3) Pauline Siamata Karia 1 plot and (4) John Saitoti Karia 2 plots, all of P.O. Box 317–20500, Narok, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Rosemary Yianoi Karia is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed proceed with the registration of the said instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rosemary Yianoi Karia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
