GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 13525

WHEREAS (1) Samuel Mulandi Makite (deceased) and (2) Ngii Samuel, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land containing 52.93 and 86.62 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitui, known as Kanyangi/Mandongoi/598 and 603, respectively, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in succession Cause No. 320 of 2016, has issued letters of administration in favor of (1) Ezekiel Ngii Mulandi, (2) Esther Kalekye Mulandi, and whereas the said (1) Ezekiel Ngii Mulandi, (2) Esther Kalekye Mulandi, have executed land application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Samuel Mulandi Makite (deceased) and (2) Ngii Samuel, have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said (1) Samuel Mulandi Makite (deceased) and (2) Ngii Samuel, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
