REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njeru Kathagu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.25 acres or thereabout, known as Baragwe/Kariru/2050 situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. 144 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Albina Wamunyu Njeru (ID/1401629), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Albina Wamunyu Njeru (ID/1401629), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njeru Kathagu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
