REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Maina Njoroge (ID/5175960), of P.O. Box 30101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.202 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Wempa/ Block 1/5010, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection will have been received within that period.
