REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbo-I-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited, of P.O. Box 300, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Nginda/Samar/Block II/467, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
