WHEREAS Muhwai Limited, of P.O. Box 69814, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold of all that piece of land containing 2.05 hectares or thereabout known as Plot No. 564/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 9766, and whereas sufficient evidence has been THE KENYA GAZETTE 18th October, 2024 adduced to show that the said land register in respect of the piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3).
