REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Patrick Wambua Musyoka, (2) Wilson Mutunga Philiph and (3) Joseph Musyoka Kawila, as trustees of Iviani Welfare Society C.O.R. 44956, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.041 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Machakos County, registered under title Nos. Mavoko Town Block 3/63073 and 63074, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
