REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ann Wanjiru Wiedman and (2) Heinz Wilhelm Wiedman, both of P.O. Box 12978, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0650 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. 3584/III/MN, registered as C.R. 31334, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title under provision of section 33 (3).
