REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Mukunga Mwai, of P.O. Box 40467–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0997 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 5025/513 S. Takaungu, registered as CR. 50223, situate in the S. Takaungu in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title under provision of section 33 (3).
