THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Mzee Bwanamkuu, of P.O. Box 82515, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0357 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/1037, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, as registered under Certificate of Title No. CF. 42324, and whereas decree issued in Civil Suit No. 34 of 2010 at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa ordered that Kenya Revenue Authority is the absolute, lawful and bonafidc owner of the suit land and the same be vested to them and new land title deed herein be issued to Kenya Revenue Authority, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered owner to surrender the registered title to the registrar of titles for rectification have failed, Notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 shall proceed and issue a provisional certificate of lease to Kenya Revenue Authority as ordered by the Court, and upon issuance of the land title deed and the grant issued earlier to Mohamed Mzee Bwanamkuu shall be deemed as revoked/cancelled and of no effect.
