NOTICE is given pursuant to section 402 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act, 2015, that a general meeting will be held at the offices of the liquidator on the 25th September, 2024, at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator, and also of directing, by resolution, the manner in which the records and documents of the company shall be disposed of. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. Members can obtain the Proxy forms by sending e-mail to sastry@psjkenya.com, giving the name and e-mail ID of their representatives to attend the meeting. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at his offices at the address below, not later than 23rd September, 2024. Dated the 10th September, 2024.
