NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 643, in Volume D1, Folio 248/1512, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Abduljabbar Oumarou Njikam Koa, formerly known as Geoffrey Koa Kanini, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Geoffrey Koa Kanini, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abduljabbar Oumarou Njikam Koa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abduljabbar Oumarou Njikam Koa only.
