REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Augustine Nyagetuba Mayaka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Mchingirini/794, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 3041 of 2005, has vested the property to (1) Masese Dorah Sella Nyagetuba (ID/3463095) and (2) John Kennedy Muma (ID/21972985), and whereas the said land title deed issued in earlier to the said Augustine Nyagetuba Mayaka (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Augustine Nyagetuba Mayaka (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
