THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alfayo Okoda Obuya (deceased), of P.O. Box 87, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as E. Karachuonyo/Karabondi/1512 situate in the district of Rachuonyo North, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate Court at Oyugis in succession cause No. E4 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of (1) Isack Otieno Aduda and (2) Dixon Okoda Mboya, both of P.O. Box 87, Kendu Bay, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and issue a land title deed to (1) Isack Otieno Aduda and (2) Dixon Okoda Mboya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alfayo Okoda Obuya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
