REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyambura Kariingiti (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.31 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 16/Ndunyu Chege/446, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 716 of 1988, has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of David Richard Karanja Maina (ID/4859566), and whereas the said land title deed issued to Nyambura Kariingiti (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyambura Kariingiti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
