THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Miano Warui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngariama/Ngiriambu/4400 situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Gichugu in succession cause No. E48 of 2023, has issued grant and administration letters to Susan Wangu Miano (ID/10193232), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th September, 2024 thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Susan Wangu Miano (ID/10193232), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Julius Miano Warui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
