THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Frorence Wairiara Thuku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Njoro/Njoro Block 2/381 (Njokerio), and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 229 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of Josiah Mwangi Kihara, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Frorence Wairiara Thuku (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Josiah Mwangi Kihara, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Frorence Wairiara Thuku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
