REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndirangu Kangachu (ID/3572175), of P.O. Box 61, Gitugi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title Nos. Samuru/Mwitingiri Block 5/119, 130, 131, 153, 773, 874, 3371,5141, 5143, 5147, 5150, each, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers of the said piece of land are missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open new land registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
