THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jitunze Self Help Group, of P.O. Box 128–20302, Ol Joro Orok in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor interest of all that piece of land containing 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Lesirko/5869, situate in Nyandarua County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
