REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Victoria Jebet Rotich (ID/7391240), of P.O. Box 5643–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 2/296, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
