REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Domdillah Chepkemei Ngisirei, of P.O. Box 53, Soi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor interest of all that piece of land known as Kakamega/Soi/1390, situate in Kakamega County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
