WHEREAS Said Hemed Said, of P.O. Box 84830–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.033 acres or thereabout, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XVII/347, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
