WHEREAS (1) Susan Makyotto and (2) Mildred Atieno Makyotto, both of P.O. Box 90916–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0544 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 5067/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as LT. 37, Folio 404, File 6327, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
