REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yannimax Limited, of P.O. Box 2102–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0651 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision No. 16319/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 47636, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file (title register).
