WHEREAS Celia Rose Pape, of P.O. Box 45, Vipingo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate on south of Takaungu in Kilifi District, known as L.R 490/III/MN, vide certificate of confirmation of a grant dated the 8th August, 2024, in Succession Cause No. 56 of 2018, at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa, registered under CR. 9883, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
