REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kush Mukesh Shah and (2) Karan Mukesh Shah, both of P.O. Box 41159–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of (1) Mukesh Shantilal Shah and (2) Priti Bhagwanji Raja Shah (deceaseds), are registered as proprietors of 27th September, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8873/23, situate in the Nairobi County, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 49839/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after the reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
